Craig Ehrlichman
CF – Level 1
Craig started CrossFit in 2011. He has seen first-hand the dramatic impact fitness has on the lives of people. In fact, Craig walked into his first class after stepping on the scale and seeing a whopping 250 lbs. staring back at him! CrossFit gave him exactly what he was looking for in an incredibly effective program. By being consistent and taking one step at a time Craig experienced the confidence and health benefits that come with a consistent program. Craig’s approach is very hands on. His coaching style comes not only from his specific training, but his personal experience as well. “I believe there is an incredible value in being able to tell people, I know what you are going through, I’ve been there, and I can help you get where you want to go” Craig prides himself on being able to push people beyond their self-imposed limits and helping them attain goals they never thought were possible. Check out one of Craig’s classes and experience it for yourself.
Micale Gillson
CF Level 1
Hi! My name is Micale, I grew up in a big and active family, loving sports and being outdoors. In my late teens I developed some very disordered eating tendencies and poor body image, struggling in my adulthood with being significantly underweight for years, then significantly overweight for years. I found CrossFit in 2014 and was greatly motivated and empowered by it. My weight finally stabilized, and I found I loved being strong most of all. For me the trade off of time spent investing in functional fitness has been well worth the goodness of life I’ve gained in terms of confidence, energy, sense of well being, and general ease of living.
I want EVERYONE to experience the physical and emotional benefits of activity that I have, and I got my Level 1 CrossFit Trainer in October of 2018, with the intent of better sharing my enthusiasm with others. Our bodies were made to move, and I love helping others love it like I do.

CF – Level 1/CPT/PN Level -1 Nutrition Coach
Throughout my youth, I was very active. I was a three sport athlete in high school and even played college volleyball for a stint. Once I stopped playing in college, I stopped being active all together. After years of a sedentary lifestyle, terrible eating habits, and 2 beautiful children, I found myself morbidly obese, on the verge of terrifying health ailments, and feeling terrible both physically and mentally. In January 2015, I made a major lifestyle change that altered my entire family’s health and lifestyle. My husband started eating healthier and started doing CrossFit. My children found out what it was like to have parents who were active with them and could keep up with them. Throughout my health journey, I not only lost nearly 100 pounds but I gained a passion and ignited a fire in my soul that can not be put out. I knew that my purpose in life was to help people and use my experience to show people that a healthy, balanced life is possible. I wanted to help people with achieving THEIR goals. I pride myself on listening to clients and helping them set goals and attain those said goals–whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, or just taking control of their lives. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. I love every aspect of fitness and want to continue to explore all facets of fitness and nutrition. I believe that everyone can be an active participant in life rather than a spectator on the sidelines. I am beyond blessed to do what I love on a daily basis!

My whole life I have had a passion for fitness and competition, which is one of the big reasons CrossFit was so appealing to me. I was heavily involved in sports since a very young age. During high school I started doing MMA and got very serious into it for about 7 years. I competed in boxing, kickboxing, and MMA during this time. After that I decided to get into strength training, focusing mostly on powerlifting types of movements. Then around 2019 I was approached to come and try out a CrossFit workout. I’ll admit I was very hesitant, but I showed up to a class. I was impressed by the intensity and variation of movements. After a couple weeks of classes I was hooked.
Fast forward to the present and I have competed in numerous competitions, completed my level 1 CrossFit certification, and started coaching classes. The CrossFit community is not like any other that I have been a part of.
I like seeing members progress and reach their goals, its even more enjoyable now that I get to be involved in it.

I have always been active in sports from the time I was young, especially volleyball. After college I started running as an escape mentally and quickly dropped a ton of weight. I experienced the “runners high” that everyone talked about, and my running obsession grew into becoming a marathon addict for 6 years. I have qualified for the Boston Marathon twice, ran back to back marathons, and even completed one 30 weeks pregnant!
After accomplishing marathon goals that I never knew were possible, I started also pacing races with two different running companies. This gave me the opportunity to coach others while running by helping them finish in their goal time but also forced me to learn how to finish a race in an exact time and keep the same pace throughout the entire race. I wanted to help others beyond pacing so I became a Certified Personal Trainer and a CrossFit Level 1 coach and found my second home at Integration Fitness. I primarily coach CrossFit classes, but you will see me also coach DFT and Strength.
I am a mother of 3 beautiful daughters and you will often see at least one of them at the gym with me, which is another reason why this is my home. Whether you want to build endurance, strength, workout while pregnant, train for a race, or whatever your fitness goal may be, I would love to help you. Fitness is my absolute passion. This community of members and coaches is something I am so thankful to be apart of for the friendships and accountability.

CF-Level 1/DFT Coach
My love for fitness started when I was very young. I remember curling and pressing old paint cans, stretching, and doing gymnastics in my basement hoping someday to be a Ninja Turtle.
Although my lifelong transformation hasn’t entirely changed me into a comic book hero, my fitness goals have remained the same: “Become better than the day before.”
I have enjoyed lifting weights my whole life and was introduced to CrossFit in 2014. I got my Level 1 in the summer of 2020 and have been coaching ever since. Outside of the gym I’m a busy father of 4, a firefighter, maintenance worker (and a few other jobs). If you look a little deeper, you will find a cheerleader that helps everyone reach for their goals.
And I’m a time traveling dinosaur hunter!

Michael Tiemann
CPT/DFT Coach
My name is Michael Tiemann, I have loved being active my entire life. I enjoy playing a wide range of sports including, volleyball, softball, pickleball and hockey to name a few! I also love hunting and fishing when I can find the time. I gained a strong competitive attitude fostered by growing up on a farm with a family of 10 boys.
I took an interest in fitness and working out early since I felt overly skinny and was insecure about it. I started lifting weights in my parents shop and went through Shaun T’s T25 program, as well as working out at a local gym. From there I went on and earned my personal training certificate through St Cloud State.
My wife and her sisters worked out at Integration so I transitioned over to CrossFit and loved it! For me it has proved to be the most effective way to stay strong and healthy with a crazy schedule. I love introducing individuals to the sport and walking alongside them wherever they are in their fitness journeys.

CPT/DFT Coach
Hi, my name is Jordan! I was born and raised in South Africa. Growing up, I enjoyed being active and competing in sports. I started going to a local gym with my sister, where we would attend pilates classes and do some weight lifting. When I moved to the states, I was looking for a gym and was introduced to Integration by my best friend. It didn’t take me long to decide that integration was the place for me; the fun, supportive environment and rapid growth I saw in myself (along with a little pressure from Micale ;)) kept- and continue to keep me coming back.
It is now going on 3 years since I started CrossFit here at Integration and I have never looked back. I have seen incredible results here but Integration has become more than just a place to workout for me. I love the community, and that is what made me want to coach: I hope I can motivate, encourage, and support other athletes the same way I have been invested in over the past few years.
